The gear reducer includes an input shaft, planetary shaft, planetary carrier, planetary gear, needle bearing, and hydraulic motor. The planetary shaft of the product is fixed on the planetary carrier of the product, and the planetary gear of the product is installed on the planetary shaft of the product through the needle bearing. The hydraulic motor of the product includes a motor fan. The provided gear reducer adopts hydraulic motor transmission, and a motor fan is added inside the hydraulic motor to improve the bearing capacity of the gear reducer and increase the working stability of the hydraulic motor.

The use, maintenance, and precautions of gear reducers

1、 The reducer adopts 460 # medium load industrial gear oil, with a working environment temperature of 0-40 ℃.

2、 After the first 100 hours of use, the inner cavity should be cleaned and replaced with new gear oil, and the oil should be changed every 2000 hours thereafter.

3、 When disassembling the gearbox, it is important to avoid hammering as much as possible to avoid damaging normal components.

4、 If oil leakage is found at the shaft extension or connection during use, the skeleton oil seal and other sealing components should be replaced in a timely manner.
